The Main Event

Our Annual show, held at Wreake Valley in Syston, is always a huge success. It gives the students a chance to showcase their hard work from the year as well as an opportunity to perfect their performance skills.

Spring Showcase

​

Our Spring showcase often has a family inspired theme, with refreshments and cakes for the audience and a selection of dances from each class with the addition of some Solo, Duet and Trio performers. All proceeds raised at this performance help to fund additional opportunities for the dancers, such as a trip to Butlins for Gala Weekend with British Theatre Dance Association. 

Community Performances

At The Dance Academy we like to support our surrounding communities and local fundraising events. A selection of students perform a number of routines at 2 local care homes for the elderly and whole school performances include Birstall Gala, Woolden Hill Summer Fair and Anstey Gala.

Our fundraising committee also attend The White Horse Duck Race to help raise funds for local and national charities.
